Prospect Park Alliance brings Purslane Cafe to the iconic Prospect Park Boathouse. Run by New York-based sustainable hospitality group The Oberon Group, Purslane Cafe is a physical extension of Purslane, Oberon’s catering arm and New York’s first zero-waste, carbon-neutral catering company, which produces events at the Boathouse and Prospect Park Picnic House. Featuring a menu of coffee drinks and healthy food options like sandwiches and pastries, Purslane Cafe is open daily with outdoor seating.
